Dec 28th Snowfall Summary
A fast moving low pressure system brought accumulating snowfall to much of northern Illinois and portions of northwest Indiana. The heaviest snow fell near the Wisconsin border, with significantly lighter amounts farther southward where snow mixed with and in some cases became all rain.
