Qualifications
To apply for this position, you must have:
- An undergraduate education with Superior Academic Achievement (3.0 undergraduate GPA or higher); or
- One (1) full year of graduate level education in an accredited college or university; or
- One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 grade level in the Federal service, which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, this experience must include knowledge of and experience in assisting in investigations and litigation of antitrust and consumer protection matters and conducting legal and relevant industry research and producing written and oral reports based on interviews, research, and data analysis.

This position requires U.S. citizenship and is a 14-month term appointment, that may be extended up to four years.
