Welcome to the Department of Human Services website. It is our pleasure to present a resource of all the programs and services we provide to the people of the Virgin Islands. We care about you, our clients. Therefore, the quality of service we give is of utmost importance to us as a government agency.
It is our hope that through this venue we continue to successfully fulfill our mission toassist families in achieving their highest levels of self-sufficiency; and work toward our vision of offering a seamless delivery system of services to those in need.
