Building Manager Policy The Building Manager Policy is contained within the LBNL Master Emergency Plan. Click HERE to see a current list of Building Managers. Contact your Building Manager for a list of the members of the Building Emergency Team in your building Instructions on using the Building Manager radio. Link to Key Plans (building floor plans) in Facilities. Building Managers are assigned to each building on the Berkeley Lab to ensure efficient and effective management of LBNL facilities. Building Managers are assigned by the division designated with management responsibility for each building. The Building Managers are then authorized by the division director to ensure that the required building management functions are staffed properly by one or more qualified individuals, and the building duties are carried out effectively.
