The 2009 Quality Management Conference, which was held May 12-14, 2009, in San Antonio, Texas, continued a 28-year tradition of addressing environmental issues through the exploration of advancements in environmental quality systems management.  The theme of this year's conference was "Quality…a River Flowing with Opportunities."
