SeaWiFS: Blue-gray Aerosol over China

In this SeaWiFS image captured on July 18, 2001 the smoke plumes from Siberian fires and their associated burn scars can be seen. Considering the wind vectors, it is possible that some of the Siberian smoke has blown southward to mingle with aerosols already present in the air over China.
