Ten communities and three utility districts have been approved to receive low-interest loans for water and wastewater infrastructure improvements with combined funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and the State Revolving Fund Loan Program.

Originating this year at Paris Landing State Park and continuing on a loop through West Tennessee, riders will stay overnight at four Tennessee State Parks.
