Volunteer Opportunities
|

|
Each year, the Bureau of land Management (BLM) relies on volunteers to help accomplish important projects. Annually, nearly 2,000 volunteers contribute more than 100,000 hours valued at more than $1.5 million. No matter what your background, age, or interest, there are opportunities for you to become a BLM volunteer. Volunteer projects range from one-day tasks to long-term commitments. Opportunities may include building trails, fences, or signs; working as a campground host; assisting with range studies; performing administrative support tasks; or maintaining wildlife habitats.
