DORA regulates outfitters who provide services for the purpose of hunting or fishing by requiring insurance, bonding and proficiency in first aid, and sets standards for operation. The Office works cooperatively with the Colorado Division of Wildlife, the Bureau of Land Management, the US Forest Service, various District Attorneys throughout the state, and other state and federal game and land management agencies.
