Saharan dust off West Africa (afternoon overpass)

For a fourth day, a large plume of dust was blowing off the Sahara Desert and out over the Atlantic Ocean. This Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) image was captured by Aqua satellite on April 30, 2003.
