WEPAN (Women in Engineering ProActive Network) invites authors to translate research into practice and share the results through workshops, papers and poster presentations focused on “Effective Strategies for Recruitment and Talent Development.”  All papers are peer reviewed and will be published digitally by WEPAN in cooperation with the Office of Digital Scholarly Publishing, a joint effort of The Pennsylvania State University Libraries and the Penn State Press.
