Memorandum of Agreements

This page provides actual Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) to be used for the PARIS projects and Model (M) Agreements.

The MOAs are separated into the following sections:

- Appendix 1 - Agreement Among State Public Assistance Agencies(SPAAs), the Department of Defense, and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) for participation in the federal match

- Appendix 1M - Model Agreement between the Defense Manpower Data Center, Department of Defense (DOD); Administration for Children and Families, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS); and individual State Public Assistance Agencies (SPAAs)

- Appendix 2 - Agreement Among the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) and State Public Assistance Agencies (SPAAs) for participation in the federal match

- Appendix 2M - Model Agreement between the Department of Veterans Affairs and individual State Public Assistance Agencies (SPAAs)
