DOCLINE -- NLM's Preferred Delivery Method

Question: What is NLM's preferred method of delivering articles?
Answer:

For ILL service from NLM, the preferred methods of delivery are Web (PDF) and Email (PDF). These are the quickest and most reliable forms of delivery. If either of these delivery methods is acceptable to your institution, please indicate this on your ILL request.

DOCLINE participants should update the NLM Delivery Method value in the DOCLINE Options section of their institution's record to "Web (PDF)" or "Email (PDF)".
