DOCLINE® -- EFTS and 3rd Party Products

Question: I currently use a 3rd party product to send billing information to EFTS. Do I have to use DOCLINE's EFTS File Builder?
Answer:

No. Libraries are free to submit data to EFTS in any way they like. DOCLINE's EFTS File Builder was developed to assist libraries that do not already have an efficient means for submitting transaction data to EFTS for billing.
