The DPAP Operations (OPS) Directorate provides management oversight of the operational needs and responsibilities of the DPAP organization and Director's requirements. Specifically, this includes: acquisition exchange program, budget planning and execution, travel, DPAP internet/intranet website, equipment, facilities, human resources, legislative issues, outreach and communications, purchase card, supplies, task oversight, training, strategic planning, and workforce management for the contracting community.
