TAX HELP on the Way for New Mexicans Across the State
CNM’s TAX HELP New Mexico – a free tax preparation service for those households earning $42,000 or less and for those who are age 65 and older – will be opening doors to New Mexicans across the state soon. Volunteer tax preparers who are certified by the IRS help taxpayers claim the credits they’re entitled to and then file the returns electronically. For more info, click here. CNM, UNM Sign Agreement to Ease Student Transfer Process in Fine Arts
CNM and the University of New Mexico representatives signed agreements on Friday (Jan. 16) to help ease the transfer process for students studying art history and studio art. Read more.

Culinary Students Awarded Scholarships
Three CNM culinary students were awarded scholarships from the Greater Albuquerque Innkeepers Association. New Mexico Tourism Secretary Michael Cerletti presented scholarships to CNM students Charity Teague, Laurie Kerns Stewart and Dennis Feria.  GAIA supports CNM students in hospitality, tourism and culinary arts each year.
