equifax has deleted a 9 year cedit history from my report despite my mortgage company reports it to them on a month to month basis after sending verification numerous times by myself and my mortgage company. equifax still has not added account back to my report which is killing my fico score and causing me to receive higher interest rate because of no payment history. i wish to seek some type of damages against them and enforce litigation to make them put on my credit profile.
