Was more than a year ago filed with FTC regarding ID theft by our mortgage lender and filed chapter 7 few days after bankruptcy discharged, We paid off 4 out of 5 of abstract of judgments ( all unsecured) or leins and last one paid off as Oct. 2004 and satisfaction of judgment recorded but none of those credit card co. or collection agency report it to any credit bearu and they said ( with smile) go head and you find how to do it and they are not going to report it. By such "fair credit act" is unfair not suitable which they can report negative but not fix it or report it after fully paid. Because of such matters I had hard time to fix it and ended up on my refinance last year a mortgage loan for $500k with 9.25% which by 4 has been paid 5 or 6 months before than refinance but none done anything and I am paying my mortgage painlessly. I am able and willing to provide any documents on all matters. Sincerely, M. Tebbi email:
