Comments:
I believe I am one of many victims of First USA/Bank One's apparent practice of retaliating against consumers, who had to discharged their debts in bankrupcy, to artificially lower the credit scores of a large percentage of Americans through incomplete and incorrect credit reporting. First USA/Bank One continues to report Chapter 7 discharged balance and as collection/chargeoff with no mention of the bankruptcy, destroying the FICO scores. Even after contacting the credit reporting agencies for correction, First USA/Bank One continues to report the incorrect information as accurate. The is a malicious attempt of retaliation on consumers who have unfortunately had to discharged their debt in the U.S. Bankrupcy Courts.
