I am of the opinion that the credit system, reporting, mortgage, and financial records of our country are in desperate need of an overhaul. When a federaly sponsered and sanctioned study finds that 20% of all credit histories contain innaccurate information that coudl result in a consumer being denied credit, insurance, or assistance I don't know how you can argue any other way. Espically when in the case of most collection agencies and debt buyers, most inaccuracies are of the willfull, or at best negligent kind.
