When will the charges stop for information that should be our own personal information that we as consumers should have the option to release or withhold. A retail business interested in our business should pay the cost of acquiring a credit score or the means necessary to determine a consumers credit worthiness. I believe all the cost for maintaining and gaining information from agencies that collect information about consumers to be accessed by retailers should be paid for by those who need it most, the retailer not the consumer. How long will he consumer have to pay to do business with businesses. Aren't profits and prices by retail businesses inflated enough without adding another albatross to the already weighty list of expenditures consumers are confronted with?
