The credit companies are taking advantage of the
information they contain. While attempting to get my credit
report their phone system puts the caller in circles for
everything except their $35 report. I cannot get my free
credit report, they always push me off to a web site that does
not exist and a phone number that doesn't work. This whole
system is messed up. There is my first attempt to get a credit
report and I feel that if I don't pay for the premium one, I
will be stuck in their phone system forever. I finally bought
the $35 report because its impossible to get anything else.
I've been cheated and have no recourse. They don't even have a
phone number to talk to a LIVE person. Attempting to find out
about my credit has become tourture!
