the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary on their migration
from Alaskan feeding grounds to warm calving lagoons in Baja
California, Mexico (December through February).
Northern Elephant Seal (Mirounga augustirostris)
pupping and breeding season on San Miguel Island (January
and February).
