The Tale of Cenerentola (Cinderella) - 
Rossini's version of a classic fairytale is filled with infectious bel canto musical thrills. Listen and watch as the gentle Cenerentola suffers the cruelty of her heartless but hilariously funny step-family. Revel as the neglected maiden falls in love with her Prince who is disguised as his own servant. No mice, pumpkins, glass slippers or magic here, the well-known outcome is orchestrated by the Prince's wise mentor with a pair of bracelets to identify the lovers. Delight in this comedy where forgiveness and benevolence triumph over cruelty and greed.
