As the Senate returns to debate a bailout for the auto industry, Senator Inhofe is calling on Congress to change course and bring more accountability to the financial rescue plan. He is drawing a line and introducing legislation to put a freeze on the remaining bailout funds so that Congress can take a second look at how to best address the current economic problems.
