HELP FOR CAREGIVERS
You bring care, compassion and support to others. You make yourself available, sometimes at a moment’s notice, to focus on lending your time, your expertise and your support to families and loved ones in need. Whether an assigned duty, a chosen profession, or a shared experience; your gifts touch the lives of others. Death knows no holiday, and you are there, anytime, anywhere, to lend care and comfort.
TAPS extends appreciation for the work you do and the often heroic efforts you make to care for the families and loved ones left behind when a military death occurs. We also wish to provide information and avenues to expand knowledge of military grief, supporting traumatic bereavement, and provide support and compassionate assistance to those who dedicate themselves to survivor care. Through education and training opportunities, survivor suggestions, and resources, TAPS wishes to include in our family, those that stand with us on the front lines to reach out to military survivors everywhere.
