OER Tracking

OER Tracking

Individuals can check the status of validated OERs in Direct Access.  Go to "Home > Self Service > Employee > View > My Employee Reviews."  Click the refresh tab, to ensure the most recent information is being displayed.  This will show all the OERs that have been validated and entered into your HQ record.  It will not show up here until it has been validated, so it may have been received and is being processed.  If it has been greater than 90 days since the end of the period, send an email to the OER Manager requesting an update.

Individuals and unit OER Administrators can also check the status of validated OERs in CG Central.  Individuals click on "My Workspace" tab.  Look in the "My Readiness" window, and click on "Regular Evals." Indicators are defined as follows:

A.  Green - Current OER received by CG PSC.  Includes those in routing for review or correction, as well as those validated and entered into the CG PSC personnel data record.

B.  Yellow - One month prior to the next regular (annual, semi-annual) submission date, the indicator will change to yellow and remain yellow until an OER is received at CG PSC or meets the criteria defined in "red."

C.  Red - CG Personnel Manual Article 10.A.3.A of REF A prohibits extending the reporting period beyond eighteen months for annual reports or twelve months for semi-annual reports  Therefore, for those on a semi-annual submission schedule (O1, O2), a red indicator will be displayed twelve months after the end of period date of the last OER on file.  For those on an annual submission schedule (CWO2-CWO4 and O3-O6), a red indicator will be displayed eighteen months after the end of period date of the last OER on file.

Unit OER Administrators can check unit OER status by clicking on the "Units" tab.  Then scroll to the  "Unit Measures" window.  Under the "People" category, scroll down and select "View more people measures."  Scroll down again and next to "Regualr Evals"' select "Detail."

OER Documentation While In TAD Status

If the TAD period was greater than 60 days, a Concurrent OER may be submitted by the host command.  A Concurrent OER is always in addition to the Regular OER submitted by the permanent command.
