Brief project summary:
The mission of the Caribbean Regional Association (CaRA) is to establish and administer a sustained observing system for the northeastern Caribbean region including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and the Island of Navassa west of Haiti. The Caribbean Regional Integrated Coastal Ocean Observing System (CaRICOOS) will provide observations and products for the purposes of meeting the seven societal goals of IOOS.
