| The mission of the Purchasing Department is to comply with New Mexico State Statutes and other applicable mandates, while providing excellent customer service in a professional manner to our customers. Our customers are Bernalillo County departments and the vendor community. We are dedicated to efficient and effective delivery of procurement services in all functional areas. We will consistently strive to improve service and delivery to our clients to meet the goals of our organization.
The Purchasing Department is committed to providing on-going training, promote open communications and circulate procurement-related updates. These commitments will assure that the integrity of procurement requirements is met and will maximize the use of public funds.
