The National Center for Home Food Preservation is not able to provide assistance to people wanting help with product development or regulations for selling foods.  You can look for additional websites devoted to this and state-by-state references on our website here:   http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/business/starting_business.html

Your questions and comments are welcome; however, please be aware that we cannot provide immediate assistance.  We have a smaller staff in the National Center than in past years and no one dedicated to only answering emails.  Due to extremely heavy activity this year, we are currently experiencing about a four-week backlog of questions.  If you need a more rapid response, we suggest contacting your local Cooperative Extension Service office in your state.  Many will have help available, although not every county in the country will.  You can find the listings for local or area offices in your state from the links on this page:  http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/links/links_home.html  (Choose "Find Your Local Extension Office").
