Federal Consulting Group Joins the Department of Interior’s National Business Center
We are pleased to announce that the Federal Consulting Group (FCG) in the U.S. Department of the Treasury has joining the National Business Center (NBC) in the U.S. Department of the Interior as of November 1, 2008. This strategic merger provides FCG an excellent opportunity to grow and offer more comprehensive services in pursuit of organizational excellence and efficiency.
Please be assured FCG will continue its focus on customer agency success through executive coaching, strategic guidance, and performance measures using the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). We look forward to being part of NBC which is the government’s preferred shared service provider of business management services and a designated Center of Excellence.
The transition to NBC will be as seamless as possible and have very little impact on how we work with all our valued customers. Work in progress by the FCG team will continue uninterrupted, and your FCG consultants and telephone numbers will remain the same. For the present, FCG will even remain in its current location. In the near future, however, we post our new e-mail addresses and contact information.
