FinCEN, SSA, and CMS Awarded FCG's Third Annual Customer Satisfaction Achievement Award

Clay Johnson, Deputy Director for Management, Office of Management and Budget, joined the National Business Center's Federal Consulting Group in presenting the Third Annual Customer Satisfaction Achievement Award to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), the Social Security Administration, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
FinCEN was recognized for prolific use of "voice of the customer" data to optimize numerous programs, improve stakeholder satisfaction, and ensure mission success. SSA was recognized for extensive and in-depth assessment of customer feedback on all major components of the agency website to guide strategy, deliver the highest quality service and information, and achieve outstanding customer satisfaction. CMS was recognized for emphasis on customer satisfaction to evaluate and unify diverse contractor-operated call centers and provide superior service and information to millions of Americans throughout the country.
