  9. improve your Twitter presence (part 5): if 'username' is your state's abbreviation, try spelling out full name in 'Name' field, if possible

  18. my point of previous post is to not to say don't create these sites but more towards: maybe 26K sites are needed to cover work done by gov
  19. observation: people complain about fed govt w/ 26K websites; H1N1 flu comes and nearly every state and local create their own H1N1 sites
