Enforcement delegated to county health department. Public mineral baths, public hot tubs, and natural swimming areas ARE state regulated.
Plans and specifications must be submitted to the county 30 days prior to construction.
Regulations (5 CCR 1003-5) have both structural and sanitary requirements.
