The processing of domestic poultry and rabbits (including wild game) for human consumption is regulated by this agency. Annual licenses are issued for processors and plant facilities. The Division also enforces sanitary conditions and procedures for slaughter and processing plants. (35-20-101 thru 109, C.R.S.)
