Professional Lobbyists are registered through the Secretary of State's office. Lobbyists who receive some form of compensation are required to register prior to engaging in lobbying activity.

Financial disclosure statements are required monthly by professional lobbyists and employers.
NOTE:  Volunteer lobbyists register with the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives (303-866-2904).
NOTE:  Professional and volunteer lobbyists, with respect to the state legislative process, are also covered by rules of conduct and disclosure as set forth in Joint Rule 36 of the Joint Rules of the House and Senate.
