  • ADS Abstract and Article Service User Feedback: If you would like to send feedback to the ADS abstract service, please use the feedback form. We always welcome comments and suggestions for improvements.

  • Signup for an ADS account: Creating a user account with the ADS is free and allows you to customize your experience with the ADS. You will be able to create and access your settings and saved records from any computer. You will also be able to sign up for receiving infrequent e-mail messages about ADS's new and improved features.

  • Submit Author Abstracts: We now provide a form for authors to supply papers which are missing from the abstract service. Please use the submission form and include as much information as possible. If you have many abstracts to submit, you may email them to us provided they are in our standard format. Information on how to submit complete conference proceedings is also available. Please be aware that we reserve the right to reject any submission whose content we deem inappropriate for our databases.

  • Submit Corrections to Existing Records: If you find incorrect information in one of our bibliographic records, please let us know by using the Error Correction Form

  • Submit Associated References: We also provide a form letting users supply us with bibliographic codes for publications that are related. Such associated references are connected with O-links in the ADS database. If you know of any correlated references (errata, series of articles, etc.) that do not have O-links, please let us know about them by filling in the codes in this form.

  • Author Comments: We now provide a link in the abstracts to author comment, when one has been submitted to us. This is a useful way to incorporate errata or make additional information available. The author comment should be submitted through our forms interface. These comments can be plain text or fully formatted html documents. They can include comments about the abstract, clarifications or more extended descriptions, and links to other abstracts and documents. We reserve the right to edit or reject any author comments that are inappropriate.

  • Missing Publications: The ADS is looking for donations of missing publications for scanning. If you can help, please let us know.

If you wish to acknowledge us in a publication, kindly use a phrase such as the following: ''This research has made use of NASA's Astrophysics Data System Service.'' Thanks!
