Due to the volume and nature of the evaluation of health outcome data, it has been formatted into a separate document. The wording of the health outcome data section has not been changed from the original text except in those instances where public comments were received and changes were incorporated. A list of the public comments received, as well as responses to these comments, can be found in the Kelly Air Force Base public health assessment.
