The latest of research into successful leadership practice for the complex issues of our times forms the discussion basis for the seminar. Whether your inclinations and career take you towards positions of formal authority or require instead that you learn to influence and work through others even when you are not in charge, this dynamic seminar will help you find and define your own mandate for leadership. Through assessments, reflection, discussions, and demanding application, you will discover your strengths and learn the skills and develop the attitudes that foster effective and legitimate leadership.
