Research Interests
My primary interests are in the realm of modeling 20th century and future climate change resulting from increased concentrations of anthropogenic greenhouse gases.
Research Activities
- execution of the Earth System Model (ESM) for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change
Fifth Assessment Report (IPCC AR5)
- quality control and regression testing of model output
Prior Research Topics
- sensitivity of coastal sea breeze circulations to land use and land cover changes
- mesoscale modeling of wind energy resources in near-coastal waters
- regional and hemispheric response of snowfall to increases in greenhouse gas (GHG) concentrations
