How to get Help

Contact the User Support Analyst ("USA")

• Send email to oar.gfdl.help@noaa.gov. Be sure to include the priority of your request
  • Your request will be entered into GFDL Help Desk and directed to the IS staff member best able to answer your request.
  • For registered users with access to GFDL's internal network, you can enter and monitor your request in the GFDL Help Desk (internal only). Also registered users can look at the Getting Help webpage (internal only).
  • Registered users can also look at the "Known Issues" page (internal only).
• Call Computer Operations at 609-452-6560.
• Look at the GFDL Notices webpage.

Getting Help with a Security Related Matter

• Send email to the Security Mailing List.
• Call Computer Operations at 609-452-6560. They can put you in immediate touch with a security engineer.
