Colorado.gov Live Help

How it Works

Live Help is a chat tool that allows a Colorado.gov Live Help Operator to help you find the information you need if it is available on the official state website. Though the live help operators may not be able to provide answers to specific questions, they will be able to direct you to a relevant web page or in some cases an agency contact to help you obtain the answer to your question.

Live Help

Chat live with a customer service representative Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M. Mountain Time. Click the button below to begin.  Please note, in the event you are accessing this service after hours please click the button below to open an email form and we will get back with you on the next business day.

Privacy

Please DO NOT put confidential and personal information such as social security number, date of birth, bank account, credit card information, or medical information in your Live Help communications to Colorado.gov.
