Check Scam Alert

The Association has become aware of a check fraud scheme where fraudulent checks that appear to come from the Association for Computing Machinery are being used to purchase items from Craigslist or possibly eBay. The Association does not make such purchases. You should contact your local police authorities if you receive one of these fraudulent checks.

Communications Reader Survey

Communications of the ACM has teamed with Harvey Research, Inc., an independent research firm, to conduct an important survey of our readers.  We are looking for your valuable editorial feedback on the changes we've made to Communications over the past year. You may receive an invitation via email to take our survey.  Your feedback will be used to make the Association’s flagship publication even better.
