Dietary Supplement Ingredient Database
The Dietary Supplement Ingredient Database (DSID), First Release, released in April 2009, contains statistical estimates--based on chemical analysis--of the nutrient content of selected ingredients in adult multivitamin/minerals (MVM), compared with label-reported ingredient levels. The DSID release includes data tables, data application tables, a research summary, an on-line adult MVM calculator, and instructions for the use of the files.
