Energy Efficiency Upgrades to City Housing Units

Project Description:

Albuquerque Public Housing consists of 953 units within 437 buildings located on 28 development sites. The Recovery Capital Fund Grant received from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $1,802,128 will be combined with funding from the 2009 regular Capital Fund Grant to modernize these city housing units. It will provide energy efficiency upgrades including HVAC replacement, appliance replacement, roof & exterior door replacements and new landscaping.
