The Request for Proposals (RFP) is available for download on
the AHRQ Web site and
at the Federal Business Opportunities Web page: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Web sites where the RFP will
be posted to learn about any amendments to the solicitation. It is anticipated
the amendment with responses to questions will be posted on or about February
11, 2009.
It is anticipated that 1 contract award will be made under this solicitation
for a 1 year period of performance with 4 one year option periods.
Summary
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) of the U.S. Department
of Health and Human Services (HHS) is soliciting proposals to provide timely
and efficient database management, computer programming–including statistical
and econometric analysis, longitudinal, time dependent analysis, Bayesian techniques,
microsimulation modeling, and complex survey design estimates and analytical
statistics from large administrative databases–computer-related consulting
and technical assistance, web support, public use file production, and statistical
analysis activities for the Agency.
