Public Review
AQMD Board has established a public comment period for any interested persons to
review and comment on AQMD BACT determinations that result in BACT requirements that are
more stringent than previously imposed BACT. Any member of the public wishing
to be notified of these BACT determinations may sign up in the following ways:

This service is free. Any member of the public wishing to submit comments regarding
these BACT determinations, please see "Submitting Public
Comments" below.
BACT Docket
AQMD maintains for public review a BACT docket that includes:
1) public comments in response to specific BACT determinations,
2) public comments on the BACT Guidelines, and
3) AQMD responses to the comments.
The docket does not include confidential business information or materials
maintained for public distribution by other sources. The docket is
accessible from the Internet by clicking on the following link:
BACT Docket. The public may
also access the
docket at a computer workstation in the AQMD's library during the following
hours: Tuesday - Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to
3:00 pm. The library is closed Saturday through Monday.
