To file a new initial claim 7 days a week call: 1-877-841-9617
To file a weekly certification, odd number SSNs on Monday & Wednesday through Saturday, even number SSNs on Tuesday through Saturday, call: 1-888-372-3453
As of April 1, 2009, if your weekly certification for benefits results in any amount due from ESC, you will receive an additional payment amount of $25.00 under the Federal Additional Compensation program.

Additional Login Information
For individual services, the User ID is your Social Security Number. Your PIN can be used for filing claims by telephone or online.
For business services, the User ID is the first 7 digits of your employer account number or your 6-digit remitter number as assigned to you by ESC. Your assigned PIN was sent to you by letter. Contact us at esc.tax.customerservice@ncmail.net if you have lost your PIN.
Each application displays its own hours of availability which may differ from the below specified login availability times.

Saturday: 6:00 A.M. - 12:00 Midnight ET
