$2,000 CLI Action Grant Leverages $1million Investment in Downtown Restoration A small upstate NY village was able to transform their CLI action grant and their CLI action plan into a $1 million investment.

Keynote Speaker Announced for Atlanta Homeownership Symposium David M. Abromowitz, Senior Fellow at American Progress, will deliver the keynote presentation at the Homeownership Symposium at the Atlanta Training Institute.
A partner in the law firm Goulston & Storrs, he is nationally known for expertise in housing and economic development. Over the past 25 years Abromowitz worked on projects nationwide involving housing and historic tax credit investment, HUD-assisted housing, public housing revitalization, assisted living, community land trusts, shared-equity homeownership, multifamily rental housing development, planned homeownership communities, and other multi-layered public/private projects.
