The CMS FY 2010 budget request was submitted to Congress on May 7, 2009. This Congressional Justification of the budget presents the resource requests for programs, focuses on key performance measures, and summarizes program results. Persons with disabilities experiencing problems accessing portions of the FY 2010 Congressional Justification may call Craig Brewer at 410-786-7541 for assistance. The CMS FY 2010 Annual Performance Plan and FY 2008 Annual Performance Report required under the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 (GPRA) are fully integrated into the FY 2010 CMS Congressional Justification of the budget. Additionally, the CMS Congressional Justification is supplemented by the FY 2010 CMS Online Performance Appendix, which provides performance information and more detailed information for all CMS measures. Previous performance and budget documents are also provided.
